Dear Economic Development Officer;
RE: 2013-14 CORDA Applications
Do you have a natural resource management or conservation project in mind for your community or know of members planning to undertake work in this area? The Canada Ontario Resource Development Agreement (CORDA) program is now accepting applications from First Nations, their members and Treaty organizations. The deadline for complete submissions isTuesday, February 19, 2013 at 11:59 pm EST.
Enclosed is a copy of the 2013-2014 CORDA Application Form and Guidebook. It is strongly recommended you review the Guidebook carefully before submitting an application. Please note there are minor changes to the application form this year.
We encourage promotion of the program to your local community. CORDA continues to support sustainable natural resource projects. Last year’s projects have been listed to provide examples and areas of interest by our participants. The CORDA Secretariat is offering application walk through sessions, please let us know if you would like to participate.
