PANDEMIC RESPONSE – ASSOCIATION OF IROQUOIS AND ALLIED INDIANS

As everyone is aware we are experiencing a global pandemic as a result of the spread of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID 19). The Association of Iroquois and Allied Indians is taking this threat seriously and implementing procedures to ensure the safety of our employees, their families and community members.

To date we have implemented our business continuity plan which is a response to the current pandemic. This plan suspends all travel and face to face meetings/events for all AIAI employees.

Different levels of government, Including First Nations, have been ramping up their responses to the COVID 19 pandemic. This is a fluid situation and things change on an hourly/daily basis.

In order to limit face to face contact and the spread of the COVID 19 virus the Association of Iroquois and Allied Indians will be closing its office and move to a work from home arrangement for all staff (as outlined in our Pandemic Business Continuity Plan).

We plan on re-opening for regular business on April 6th, 2020, but this is subject to the evolution of the pandemic. For urgent inquiries please contact:
