AIAI Congratulates the Newly Elected Chief and Council of the Oneida Nation of the Thames

The Association of Iroquois and Allied Indians (AIAI) welcomes the newly elected Chief and Council of the Oneida Nation of the Thames.

Chief Sheri Lynn Doxtator was sworn into office Monday evening and, as of today, takes on her new responsibilities. The Association is looking forward to working with her at the AIAI Chiefs Council and extends its best wishes to the entire Council. Standing together, the member First Nations of AIAI will continue to fight for Indigenous jurisdiction and to address the many challenges facing our communities.
